Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for accessing and using Chatduct. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Last updated August 25, 2026

1. The service

Chatduct is a software service that helps users route customer conversations from supported messaging channels into connected work applications. Features may change as the product develops, and some integrations shown as coming soon are not yet available.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Chatduct. You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate account information;
  • keeping your credentials and integration tokens secure;
  • all activity performed through your account; and
  • having the necessary rights to process data submitted through your connected services.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Chatduct to break the law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware, send unsolicited messages, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or process content that you do not have a lawful right to use.

4. Customer data and integrations

You retain ownership of the content and configuration data you submit. You grant Chatduct the limited right to process that data only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service. Third-party messaging channels and workapps remain governed by their own terms and availability.

5. Plans, payments, and renewal

Any prices marked as preliminary are informational and are not an offer to purchase. When paid plans become available, the final price, billing interval, taxes, and included usage will be shown before checkout. Recurring subscriptions will renew automatically until canceled unless the checkout states otherwise.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a paid subscription through the available account or billing controls. Cancellation normally prevents future renewals and does not automatically refund a completed charge. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Chatduct available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary, including for security, maintenance, legal, or product reasons.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when an account materially violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, or remains unpaid. You may stop using Chatduct at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Chatduct is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for outages or changes caused by third-party services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chatduct will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised date on this page and provide additional notice when required.
